What you can do
- Verify acquisition provenance for vendor-supplied layers.
- Trace processing provenance for platform-processed layers (e.g., GRD) and jump to the originating workspace.
- Copy IDs for support/audit (item, order, vendor, workspace) and use them in search, API calls, or tickets.

Troubleshooting
-
No properties shown
- The layer may not expose vendor or processing metadata. Check Metadata and Relations tabs.
-
workspaceIds
present but not accessible- You may lack permissions for that workspace. Ask the workspace owner or an admin to grant access.
-
Vendor IDs don’t match records
- Confirm the correct environment (prod vs staging). Cross-check with finance/procurement.
